As a passionate engineer, your role will be to develop and integrate different applications for our customers within your fullstack and agile team. We develop different custom applications in the fields of eGov, mobility and energy.
Main tasks
  • Understand the customer’s needs and define specifications and mockups
  • Develop custom applications in .NET or Java and put them into production at our customers
  • Carry out certain unit or integration tests and correct any anomalies
  • Participate in projects with high added value from a technological point of view
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of fullstack java, .NET Core or mobile development
  • Curious to experiment in the field of complex application developments

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of your projects. You are responsible for the implementation of innovative IT solutions as well as budget, quality and deadlines. As a Project Manager, you will work with your team on complex and innovative technical projects.
Main tasks
  • Analysis of our customers’ needs and validation of the project scope
  • Creation and prioritization of the project backlog:
    • Functional user-stories based on customer requirements
    • Technical tasks in collaboration with the project architect-owner
  • Preparation of project plans taking into account available resources (people and budget)
  • Analysis and implementation of project ideas or change requests with regard to feasibility, profitability, risks and success factors
  • Monitoring the progress and success of projects and their documentation
  • Participation in weekly reviews, where the status of ongoing projects is discussed
  • Collaboration in the creation of tenders including WTO tenders
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in software engineering projects
  • Mastery of traditional and agile project management methods (PMI, Hermes, SCRUM certification)
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics or work experience in a comparable field
  • Experience in the transportation, energy, government, or physical security sectors
  • Team player and good communication skills, as well as the ability to become more familiar with new topics very quickly
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira is an asset
  • Bilingual if possible (French/German) or excellent knowledge of the other language

Software Architect

As a Solution Architect you will be integrated in our team of architects. You will actively participate in ongoing projects, both in-house and at the customer’s site, mainly between Lausanne and Bern. You will work in an agile environment and you will quickly take responsibilities within the team.
Main tasks
  • Participate in the technological and architectural choices during tenders with the teams
  • Analysis of the needs of different customers
  • Advice and assignments to our customers requiring specialists in the field of IT, applications & solutions
Qualifications
  • The ability to analyze a project and the associated problems, a systemic vision and a spirit of synthesis allowing to popularize a solution idea in the language of the customer
  • Knowledge of the different types of possible architectures depending on the customer’s context
  • Ability to propose solutions adapted to the client’s context and constraints
  • Good technical skills ranging from operating systems, through development and up to turnkey products of the market to integrate (CMS, portal, GeD, etc.)
  • The ability to communicate, convince and a desire to exchange ideas to move forward together with the development teams
  • First experiences with “native” cloud solutions, ideally Azure
  • An agile mindset and a good sense of humor
  • Bilingual if possible (French/German) or excellent knowledge of the other language

Consultant & Business Analyst

As an IT Consultant/Business Analyst you are an expert for our existing customers in one or more of our strategic industries such as: eGovernment, mobility or energy.
Main tasks
  • Understand the business needs of our customers
  • Transcribe these business needs into the technical architecture of an existing system
  • Evaluate the integration of third party modules within this system in an end-to-end digitalization context
  • Collaborate with the project manager in the context of document/specification reviews
  • Assist with your technical support in the development and integration of the system
  • Validate tests and decide on the GO / no GO of production in relation to the business analysis and the defined requirements
  • Implement operating concepts and manage the continuous improvement of the solution
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our customers
Qualifications
  • A software engineering background supported by a good global systemic vision oriented customer / user
  • Experience in a software service company
  • Experience in Cloud / Microservices architectures as well as CI /CD
  • Willingness to engage with our customers on assignments
  • The need to keep in touch with the market and the desire to surpass yourself
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Basic knowledge of HERMES is a plus
  • Bilingual if possible (French/German) or excellent knowledge of the other language
