Social insurances, salary declarations, taxes, VAT, lawsuits for no payment, financing assistance…,the bureaucratic burden complicates the life of SMEs.In order to relieve them and to simplify the relations between companies and the administration, Softcom contributes to the development of an e-government platform. In this way, we are responding to the strong demand of SMEs for electronic administrative services.
Softcom acts in the digitization of administrative processes by taking into account the needs of SMEs and the constraints of administrations. We also develop and implement tools to facilitate access to and transmission of administrative documents. Finally, Softcom contributes to authentication certifications, standards and security of electronic data and documents in order to build a reliable, secure and efficient e-government platform.
Our work is the result of collaborations with our clients, the communes, the cantons and the Confederation. In addition, Softcom regularly contributes to the Swiss eGovernment Forum in order to discuss e-government issues and projects such as electronic signature and identity, cybersecurity and Open Data.
