Softcom Technologies SA was founded in 2001 in Fribourg and the entire team is dedicated to providing consulting services and software development throughout Switzerland. We grew gradually and then settled in Bern and then in the Lake Geneva basin. Senior Software Developer .NET 80-100%
Your role
When you become part of our team, you will be able to get involved and participate in all phases (pre-sales, design, implementation, maintenance) of the different development projects assigned to your team. You can have a real impact on the company and make suggestions, in particular by participating in discussions with our customers and in their various technological choices.
As Team Lead
- You are the agile leader and coach of your team
- You have mastered .NET development with a proven passion for writing high-quality, efficient code in C#
- You support and lead the squad in its activities
- You create the conditions for the team to work autonomously and efficiently
- You help the team focus on delivering and achieving goals and commitments to the product owner
- You make sure that the team completes tasks according to the set priorities
- You maintain the company culture (DNA) and the softcom methodology (OKR, agile, sharing…)
- You facilitate communication within the team
- You ensure the speed and commitment of the team
- You remove obstacles that affect the smooth running of the team’s projects (e.g. technical difficulties, external factors, changes during the sprint)
- Together with the product owner, you ensure that the team has or develops the required skills for its project portfolio

What you bring
- At least 5 years’ experience developing complex applications and excellent knowledge of web front-end technologies, ideally Angular, .NET backend and databases.
- An entrepreneurial, benevolent and pragmatic personality
- A team spirit, sense of humour and a willingness to outdo yourself
- Experience as a team lead or in a similar role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of French and/or German
