Softcom Technologies SA was founded in 2001 in Fribourg and the entire team is dedicated to providing consulting services and software development throughout Switzerland. We grew gradually and then settled in Bern and then in the Lake Geneva basin. To strengthen our development team in Western Switzerland we are looking for a
Software Developer .NET / Architect Owner 80-100%
Your role
When you become part of our team, you will be able to get involved and participate in all phases (pre-sales, design, implementation, maintenance) of the different development projects assigned to your team. You can have a real impact on the company and make suggestions, in particular by participating in discussions with our customers and in their various technological choices.
As Architect Owner
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the team addresses the needs and risks of the project through the appropriate design of the solution
- You are responsible for architecture decisions for the team
- You have mastered .NET development with a proven passion for writing high-quality, efficient code in C#
- You will facilitate the creation and evolution of the overall solution design
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the solution architecture meets the customer’s needs (functional and non-functional)
- You will work with the Tribe’s architect to ensure that the solution is aligned with the Tribe’s architecture/vision
- You will ensure that the risks associated with the solution are addressed, e.g. data security, protection of personal data (RGPD), performance, integrity, etc.
- You will ensure that the architecture is defined, documented and understood by the team, and that the documentation is updated throughout the project and in operation

What you bring
- At least 5 years’ experience developing complex applications and excellent knowledge of web front-end technologies, ideally Angular, .NET backend and databases.
- An entrepreneurial, benevolent and pragmatic personality
- A team spirit, sense of humour and a willingness to outdo yourself
- Experience as a team lead or in a similar role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of French and/or German
