Your challenges
As Delivery Manager of our eGovernment (eGov) tribe, you will be the head of operations for our eGovernment market. You’ll be in charge of steering and monitoring operations, and you’ll be responsible for the deliverables of all your teams in order to achieve your tribe’s objectives. You will be a leader, embodying and living our corporate culture, which you will pass on to all our staff.
Your challenges
- To build and develop the skills and services needed to meet our customers’ needs, in line with our corporate strategy.
- Guarantee the availability of resources by recruiting talent in collaboration with our human resources team
- Ensure that software development complies with the quality and safety standards defined by the company
- Actively participate in the development of the company’s strategy and make proposals for improvements or changes
- Reporting operational results to management
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and helping to resolve incidents when necessary
- Manage teams and ensure their well-being and professional development
You offer us
- An enterprising, caring and pragmatic personality with a team spirit, a sense of humour and a willingness to go the extra mile and help teams develop
- Training and professional experience in IT, with knowledge of the full development cycle
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing and leading teams in agile mode
- Proven experience in project and portfolio management
- Your leadership skills and willingness to work with technical teams on public tenders
- Experience in writing commercial bids is a plus
- Excellent command of French and German, with the possibility of working in both languages
- Strategic thinking, initiative and the ability to make proposals
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
